Checking in before 3 pm was a breeze, and the room was surprisingly spacious and clean despite being right next to the airport. The only downside was the queue at reception which could use some improvement, but the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently situated just across the airport, offering a superb location with great soundproofing. The rooms, although appearing spacious at first, turned out to be a bit lackluster with worn-out beds. The service was exceptional, with very kind and helpful staff. The dining experience was average, but the hotel's renovation plans were evident. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

After a long day of traveling with Club Carlson, I found myself frustrated and angry having to stand in line for caffeine' coffee sachets for 15 hours. The service was a mix of helpfulness and unexpected charges, with one staff member going out of their way for us but also adding a hefty cleaning fee to the bill. However, the service was a bit lacking with some backroom handling and a seemingly indifferent attitude from staff. The location was superb, just steps away from the train station and airport terminals, making it extremely convenient for travelers. On the downside, the lobby felt cold and unheated, affecting the overall atmosphere.
